Senior Wellness is Aiken Regional Medical Centers' health and wellness program dedicated to the age 50+ population. This FREE program offers a wide variety of seminars and activities. Seniors enjoy participating in planned activities and special educational seminars.

Better Health Forum
Our Senior Wellness Events have now become our Better Health Forum, a quarterly seminar program that takes place in Aiken and in North Augusta.
